RRB 2.74 Lakh Vacancy: There are a total of 2.74 lakh vacancies in the Indian Railways, as per the RTI Act, these vacancies include Group-C and Level-1 (RRB Group-C, Level-1) vacancies. In this case, when will the notification for the Railway Jobs 2023 examination come, it has created excitement among the candidates.
An RTI aspirant named Chandrasekhar Kavoor from Madhya Pradesh has received information through RTI asking about these vacancies. According to the Railway Administration, there are 2.74 lakh vacancies in the Railway Department as on June 2023 and more than 1.7 lakh vacancies in the Safety Category.
RRB 2.74 Lakh Vacancy
According to the information obtained under the Right to Information Act, there are 2 lakh 74 thousand 580 Group C and Level One vacancies in the railway sector, of which 1 lakh 77 thousand 924 are in the safety category. This information is available as on 01.06.2023 Railway Administration has informed in this RTI Act.
In this case, last December 2020 Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnavi announced in Parliament that there are 3.12 lakh Non-Gazetted vacancies.
