With reference to Online Notification issued in our Website in connection with engagement of Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices in Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board (TWAD Board), Chennai based on the percentage of marks, community declared by you in the online enrolment, your candidature has been shortlisted for certificate verification.

Call Letter: Call letter has already been sent to shortlisted candidates registered e-mail ID

Venue: Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board (TWAD Board), 4 th Floor, No.31, Kamarajar Salai, Chepauk, Chennai – 5. (Landmark: Beach Road Near M.G.R. Centenary Arch, Opp to Bharathiyar Statue)

Date & Time : 23.06.2022 to 24.06.2022 (09.30 AM to 5.00 PM)

Attachments:

1. Graduates and Technician (Diploma) Shortlisted Candidates list (12 pages)
2. Bio-data form – To be filled by the candidate and submit the same at the time of Certificate verification
3. TWAD Board Apprentice Training places list (any five places to be filled in Bio-Data option column)

Please report along with the following Original Certificates and one set of Xerox copies:

1. Degree/Diploma certificate
2. Consolidated Mark Sheet/All semester mark sheets to verify the percentage of marks. If awarded CGPA, convert this to equivalent percentage as (CGPAx10) For Graduate – Consolidated mark sheet (Ex: 9.67 = 96.70) (with two decimal) For Diploma – Consolidated mark sheet – (Ex:.4193*100/4400= 95.29 (with two decimal)
3. Community Certificate, in case of SC/ST/OBC. In case of OBC, Certificate (for BC/ MBC/DNC) shall be in the Central Government approved format, clearly indicating the NonCreamy layer status, otherwise your claim for OBC will not be considered.
4. PwD certificate (Person with Disability) if applicable
