According to information, 900 vacancies are expected for the TNUSRB Sub Inspector (SI) Recruitment 2022.
TNUSRB SI Eligibility Criteria 2022
TN SI Age Limit 2022
Candidates should have attended 20 years to apply for this recruitment. BC and MBC upper age limit is 32 years. For SC, ST category upper age limit is 35 years, 37 years for Widows and for Ex-Serviceman and Departmental candidates; upper age limit is 47 years.
TNUSRB SI Educational Qualification
To apply for Sub-Inspector of Police (Taluk & AR) candidates should have completed Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University.
TN SI Physical Measurement
Men Heights should minimum 170 cms and for female minimum height is 159 cms. For male Chest should minimum 81 cms and Minimum Expansion 5 cms.
TN SI Selection Process
Selection Process for Tamil Nadu SI consists of Written Exam followed by Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Viva Voce.

TN SI Written Exam:
Written exam consists 2 parts. Part I is Tamil Language Eligibility Test and Part 2 is Main Written examination.
Tamil Language Eligibility Test: It will be objective type in nature. It will consist of 100 questions for 100 marks and the duration of examination will be 100 minutes (1 Hr 40 mins.). Candidates should have get minimum 40% to qualify in written exam.
Main Written examination: Main Written examination will consists of General Knowledge, Logical Analysis, Numerical Analysis, Psychology Test, Communication Skills, and Information Handling Ability. Written examination total marks are 70. Each question carries ½ marks. Duration 2 ½ Hrs. The candidates should get a minimum of 25 marks to qualify in the written examination.

TN SI Salary
According the previous SI notification, the selected candidate for the post of SI in Tamil Nadu will get paid between Rs. 36900 to Rs. 116600 PM.
According the previous SI notification, General candidates required to pay Rs. 500 as application fee. If Police Department candidate appearing for both under Open and departmental Quota then they have to pay Rs. 1000 as application fee.
