BARC NRB Driver & Work Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Stenographer (Grade III) –
a) Matriculation (10th Std.) or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks b) Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography c) Typing speed in English of 30 words per minute. |
| 2. Driver (Ordinary Grade) –
a) Matriculation (10. Std.) or equivalent with minimum of 50% marks b) Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English Stenography c) Typing speed in English of 30 words per minute. |
| 3. Work Assistant-A – Pass in 10th standard (SSC). |
Age Limit:
| 1. Stenographer (Grade III) – Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on the last date of receipt of online application (General category(UR) upto 27 years, OBC upto 30 years & SC/ST upto 32 years) |
| 2. Driver (Ordinary Grade) – Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on the last date of receipt of online application (General category(UR) upto 27 years, OBC upto 30 years & SC/ST upto 32 years) |

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details:
| 1. Stenographer (Grade III) – Rs. 25,500 (Level 04 of Pay Matrix) plus usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees |
| 2. Driver (Ordinary Grade) – Rs. 25,500 (Level 04 of Pay Matrix) plus usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees |
| 3. Work Assistant-A – Rs. 18,000 (Level 01 of Pay Matrix) plus usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees |
